About Candidate

I am a PhD holder and experience lecturer/researcher with over twelve years of teaching, research and industry experience. I possess outstanding communication, classroom management, presentation skills and proven excellence in the development of strong rapport with students, colleagues and administrators. I have exhibited particular expertise in the creation, implementation and coordination of lifelong learning programs and the personalized development of appropriate strategies and meaningful activities to propel learning and research in higher education. I am a seasoned scholar, methodical and highly organized with experiential teaching and research skills.

My Teaching Philosophy is that all students are exceptional and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my desire to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential. I will provide a safe environment where students are invited to share their ideas and take risks. They should be able to have choices and let their curiosity direct their learning as I operate as a facilitator.
