Carry out network management; faults detection, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution of all Packet Core, IP Core, Transmission, and Power Network nodes. Implement network integration; activate newly integrated BTS sites and Nodes and resolve faults on the Core network. Monitor and escalate KPI degradations when SLA is breached Network monitoring and acknowledge of alarms from all Packet core, IP Core, Transmission, and Power Network Elements. Raising of Trouble Tickets against the Engineers (Packet Core, IP Core, BSS/Transmission, and Power), Vendors, GSM, or International Providers and ensures that those tickets are resolved within specified period parameter. Provide remote online support to the Field Engineers in resolving faults on the networks. Monitor, analyze, and provide reports on the traffic utilization. Ensure proper management and implementation of all network changes according to the company process and procedures. Perform checks before and after activities, ensure no degradation persists and escalate when required Provide regular updates on Spectranet performance and other network issues to all the stake holders (the management, Call Centre, Sales & Distribution, Marketing, and other relevant departments in the company). Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager, or CTO.

Provide surveillance troubleshooting, controlling, resolving, escalating, reporting, and documentation of all network related faults such as Core, Transmission, and Power networks. Implement integration of new network elements into the operational network such as new BTS/TX sites, & conductor acceptance tests. Monitoring & operations of Core network elements and acknowledging of alarms from all network elements or nodes such as Core, Transmission and Power networks. Monitoring and ensure continuous operations of optical fiber network (SDH, & DWDM) using Huawei management tool (Optix iManager T2000 SNMS). Liaises with Customer Network Centre (CNC) team and other services providers as regards network outages on leased and interconnect lines. Raising of trouble tickets against the NFO, vendors, or GSM providers and ensures that those tickets are resolved within specified period. Provide remote online support to Field Engineers in resolving faults on the transmission network. Implement change requests/planned work i.e. ensure transmission cutover (fiber, SDH backbone, radio, route expansion, and BTS cutover) are properly implemented. Perform routine maintenance on all networks nodes across switching Centre. Perform other duties as assigned by the NOC manager.
