I am a passionate individual who strives for excellence in all that I do. Based on the posted description, I am more than glad to apply for the position of an Assistant lecturer in the Department of History. Having completed my First Degree in History and have served the country, I believe I have passed the first stage.

That being said, I have been teaching History for more than two years now and I have gathered a wide range of experience teaching this subject. With this and other reasons known to me, I believe I have the necessary skills and expertise to handle the job and the students of Covenant University to my utmost best. I intend to keep adding values to students’ lives, firstly by fulfilling my primary assignment and teaching them the fear of God which youths (students) need to excel in life.

I am more than ready to impact the lives of the students of Covenant University, Ota, if I am given this opportunity at this Great Higher Institution of Learning.
