Installing and maintaining and configuring wide range of hardware equipment (ONT, OLT, Fiber cable, Radio, Routers, Switches, Microwave etc. )  Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of newly installed fiber optic systems, including OTDR testing, power meter measurements, and end -toend system performance verification.

p erform construction and maintenance of OSP infrastructure according to industry standards.  Maintain safety and security of OSP facility.  Determine scope, budget and schedules for OSP projects.  Communicate project status to progress Managers on daily basis.  Complete the assigned projects within the defined scope and timelines.  Develop engineering specifications and follow engineering standards for assigned projects.  Observe quality of civil and cabling works (manhole casting/installation, Trench depth, cabling process, splicing and splice management, special surface excavation and replacement) and ensure they meet project SOP.  Perform route analysis and develop aerial and underground fiber route maps.  Handle fiber verification and mapping activities.  Develop mitigation and restoration procedures for emergencies conditions such as fiber damages, power failures and other disasters.  Provide job trainings to staffs to achieve project goals.  Perform routine inspection of OSP networks.  Get state and local permits (right of way) as required to execute OSP projects.

New Installation / maintenance MTN OD transmission cabinets, BTS, MW, Routers, Optical Fiber and batteries.  Trouble shooting and resolving IHS/MTN transmission issues (network, Radio frequencies, circuit breaker, -48v supply voltage, AC cooling, and fiber optics.  Installation, design, maintenance of Solar Energy system  Day to day maintenance work, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
