Involved in projects from the concept and detail of the design through to implementation, testing, and handover. Part of a team that ensures a building is fit-for-purpose and adheres to the project budget and schedule. Duties: • Estimating material, construction, and labor costs, and project timescales. • Liaising with the client, subcontractor, architect, and structural engineer’s representative Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents. • Evaluating, organizing & prioritizing work within the overall project schedule. • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirement • Scrutinizing material costs as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
