- Worked as Project Manager in a firm commissioned to implement a Greenfield project for a tomato company with its head office in Spain. I was in charge of procurement. Upon successful performance on the first phase on 25 hectares of land at Kaduna, Nigeria valued at approximately $5M the firm was commissioned to manage the second phase on over 1000 hectares of land at Ngasky, Kebbi State, Nigeria valued at over $50M. - Successfully completed the design, procurement process for award to contractors, monitoring and supervision of construction of buildings and roads/drainage network at two school sites of Faith Academy located at Lokoja and Benin, Nigeria valued at $3M.

- I provided efficient oversight project management services which involved overseeing the designs, costing and procurement process on the 250 housing units Greenfield ‘Area 49 Low Cost Housing Project’ at Lilongwe, Malawi valued at $2.5M. Upon completion of the project, I led the end of project monitoring and evaluation exercise which was successfully carried out. - I effectively provided technical support services to assist the National Offices in Nigeria, Senegal, Kenya and Cameroon to assess, design and develop urban housing and slum upgrading programs. The technical staff in the national offices were trained and carried along on the assessment and development of the report.

- I ensured the successful completion of the 102 units ‘Chateau Vallon Housing Project’ according to specifications, within the budget and time frame by carrying out the following actions: o Effective supervision of the engineers carrying out the designs o Timely application to utility and urban planning agency for permits o Transparent facilitation of the procurement process and contract award o Strict inspection and monitoring of construction o Scheduling critical meetings with stakeholders and sub-contractors to amicably resolve any issues that might cause delays.

was the head of department responsible for checking the structural drawings attached to building permit applications for of all storey buildings in Kaduna State. I transformed the department and ensured there was a 50% increase in number of applications checked.
