Project Architect
Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development •Prepared drawings, specifications and construction documents. •Coordinated preliminary Architectural studies for new structures and alteration of existing structures. •Consult with client’s to know clients needs and wants. •Organise and manage permit documents as well as co- ordinates subcontractors.
Project Architect
•Worked on the renovation of a variety of Public Buildings such as shopping mall, Hotel, Cinema and multilevel car park. Construction Supervision of siteworks, conducting site visits to review progress and ensuring all works are completed according to specification and programme of works. •Reproduction of as built drawings.
